1. I have a transportation booking. How can I get in touch?
If you book a transportation with your activity, please contact sales@visitarcticnorth.fi and provide your activity date, time, exact address, and the number of people requiring transportation.

2. How quickly will I get respons?
We are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm at sales@visitarcticnorth.fi. We will reply as soon as possible.
3. Can I buy programs for dates and schedules outside of online shop selection?
Please, send questions and contacts by email to sales@visitarcticnorth.fi.
4. Can I cancel a purchase I made in the online store?
If you want to do changes or cancellations to purchased programs, please send us an email to sales@visitarcticnorth.fi. In principle, the payment will not be refunded back to the customer. If you send a cancellation message within the terms and conditions, the payment may be partially refunded back.
